I didn't know how to go about meeting them either. Because I’m an early adopter of technology, I was already online, so I took advantage of the internet to help me. I found a group and it turned out that one quilter who posted regularly, Sharon, lived not too far from me – about a 25-minute drive. She invited me to come to her house for a casual gathering of quilting friends.
